Hotel De Woudzoom Spier, Spier

This hotel is conveniently located between Hoogeveen and Assen, making it a great spot for hikers. The rooms are ample and clean, though I noticed a bit of an unpleasant smell lingering around. The staff is friendly, but with only two people on duty, service can be slow at times. The breakfast was excellent, which truly helped elevate my overall experience despite some shortcomings.
